Are there any pets in your working space?
There’s always a dog with me and there could be a contamination by cat hairs.
In case of other specific allergies, ask me in private!
Can I commission you even if I’m a minor?
No, I’m sorry but I don’t accept commission requests from minors.
Do the heads allow good ventilation?
Yes!
The mouth opening allows for good air circulatio, plus there’s a large opening at the bottom of each ear.
How’s the visibility with the head on?
Usually is quite wide, but if you want a permanent expression that reduce the size of the eye (ex: sleepy, angry, sad), the visibility will be reduced.
I sweat a lot, will it damage the inside of the head?
The inside of the heads are lined with a removable waterproof helmet,
Can I wear glasses inside the head?
I can’t answer for sure since I’m still testing on making the perfect space on the inside of the head for wearing glasses.
Can I request for electronic and mechanical parts (led and fans) in my commission?
I have never installed them in a fursuit but am always available for new requests,
I can try, but notices that I don’t have any experience with it.
Do you work with 3Dprinted parts?
Yes, my eye blanks are 3D printed and I’m looking foward on getting more 3D printed parts, like piercing and simil accessories.
What does the warranty cover?
The guarantee covers damages caused by errors on my part and by the shipping within one year since you received the fursuit.
Under what circumstances is the warranty voided?
The guarantee is voided when the customer breaks or modifies the commission, or get someone else to modify or break it.
It is likewise voided when the fursuit is in an unhygienic state (there has been contact with intimate parts, it is not washed enough, it is stored poorly and such)
One year passed since you received the commission.
Can I wash my fursuit in the washing machine?
You can always wash the waterproof helmet in the washing machine.
Some parts of the fursuit can be machine washed once the padding or base below the fur is removed and the fur is turned inside out.
These include: hand-paws, tails, arms, and fullbodies.
Parts that absolutely cannot go in the washing machine are: head, feet-paws and wings.
What products can I use to wash my fursuit?
A mild detergent that does not contain bleach and scented beads.
You can also use a fabric perfumer before drying it.
What should be worn underneath a fursuit?
It is recommended to wear clothing that allows the body to cool down, such as an Under Armour Heat Gear or sweat-free clothing.
What type of payment do you accept?
For now the only payment accepted is by bank transfer.
Do you accept installment payments?
I accept payment in installments for up to 4 installments, where the first installment of 40% is to be paid up front since it is needed to confirm the commission and secure in the slot.The rest of the installments will have to be paid at the start of work.
In case the work has started as soon as the first installment has been paid, payment of the others will be made regularly starting from the next month.
How many times do you open commissions?
I am trying to get faster, the goal is to be able to open commissions every 6-4 months.
How can I know when the commission are open? How can I apply?
I will announce in on all my channels, but mainly the Telegram channel and Instagram.
The mode of application will be described at the reopening, so be sure to stay tuned!
Do you take artistic freedom commission?
Yes, I will love to take this opportunity, and I will also love to work alongside you to know wich design will suit you better.
Where do you ship?
I’m more than happy to send my works all inside and outside Italy, but I find difficulties if your state has restrictions regarding shipments from Italy.
In case the commission get damaged or lost will I receive the money back?
Sadly in this occasion there’s nothing that I can do, if it get lost.
In case there’s only minimum damage (popped seams, ripped parts and such) I can help by fixing it for free, only the shipping will all be paid by you, since it’s not a service offered by me.
But this should not happen in the first case since I since I rely on a trusted courier service.
Can I send my fursuit back in case I have second thoughts?
I am sorry but I do not accept returns, once the commission is completed all the process is considered done.
There will be no refund unless I feel
